I received the exact item pictured from Amazon. The problem is the description states "Folded Map" of the "Way of St. James Trail".
This is not a map, but is a small booklet index to a map. It contains a brief 7 page description of the Camino in a few languages, and then 40+ pages of cities/villages/way points indexed for a map. and example would be "Vellosillo F13". Booklet is approximately 6" wide by 9" tall, and about 1/8" thick. 80 pages total. If you are looking for an actual fold out map like me, this is not the one to purchase.
